Points Calculators

I've found a couple of items that may be of interest for people who want to put together any unofficial cards for their Tanks games. I've not enough time to look at both of them properly, but the second appears to be a more in depth overview of stat creation.

The first is a simple spread sheet that can be found on The Tanks Facebook page created by Craig Melville and can be found here.

The second is from a website called 'The Armchair General' and can be found here.

It will be interesting to see what people think.

Thank you so much for finding and sharing! I haven't looked much into the facebook sourced one yet, but read through that PDF a few times, remembering some of the cracking the code ideas on the old forum too. That's a super resource for the early war tanks in particular. Still need to compare with the official stats from the Africa releases. Even if modifications are needed, having a lot of the grunt work already done and out there gives a starting point.

Cheers, that will help a lot indeed in my further work. I'll cross-check with my developments and correct if need be. However, the problem that obviously comes up - if you create a new rule, like national traits and "unreliable munitions" type of things. So it will still call for play-testing of completely new things occasionally. But many thanks indeed. Grazie Amico!
